Smart Trip Desk is a small travel agency in Sector 13, R.K. Puram. We book tickets and plan trips, and we do it under our own name in a shop you can find.
Our story
Built on the trips
apps get wrong.
Booking a flight is easy. Booking the right flight, on a date that works with a visa appointment, into a hotel that is genuinely near the station, with a train as backup and insurance the consulate will accept — that is a different job, and it is the one we do.
We opened the desk because our neighbours in R.K. Puram kept asking for it: a person to sit with, who would say plainly whether a waitlisted ticket was worth the risk or a package was worth the money.
We are deliberately small. The person who answers your first message is the person who books your ticket and the person you call from the airport if something breaks.

What we will not do
No promises about visa outcomes. No hidden convenience fee at the end. No sending you on a fifteen-hour drive we would not do ourselves.

Shop No. 1, Anant Ram Dairy, Sector 13, R.K. Puram — near the market, a short walk from the bus stops and a few minutes from R.K. Puram and Munirka. Parking is easiest before noon.
The desk is open through the day, seven days a week, and messages sent after hours are answered first thing. For anything urgent while you are travelling, call rather than write.
